Alistair is a partner in the firm and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1994 and specialises in Commercial Litigation and injury claims.

Alistair has extensive experience of acting for individuals, partnerships, companies and letting and management agencies regularly advising clients upon high value and complex disputes.

Alistair Rustemeyer is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and advises on accident and injury claims including clinical negligence to assess whether you are entitled to bring a claim for compensation if you have been injured and it was not your fault.
