Paul Slot is a Partner in the firm and our senior commercial solicitor and specialises in commercial property and business acquisitions and disposals across the Sussex area. Paul deals with all aspects of Commercial Property including sales and purchases, Business Advice, Sales and Acquisitions and liquor licensing.

His clients range from small managed freehold property owning companies to large academic institutions such as the University of Brighton. He also acts for local authorities, housing associations, property investment trust companies, charities and offshore based companies.

He has built up a wealth of experience, expertise and understanding of the needs of clients in the commercial sector. He works on the principal that although the law needs to be applied correctly clients also need an efficient service and practical commercial advice to respond to individual problems.
