Jonathan is a Solicitor specialising in Employment, Landlord & Tenant, and other Property Litigation. He read Law and Politics at Exeter University and joined Burt Brill & Cardens as Solicitor in November 2006.

Based at our Brighton office and specialising in Employment Law Jonathan acts for both employees and employers. He also deals with the full range of commercial law matters. This approach has allowed Jonathan to advise clients on matters such as:

  • ongoing general employment issues
  • public benefit in the meaning of the Charities Act 2006
