Jo is a commercial property solicitor, specialising in all aspects of commercial leases and buying and selling commercial property.

She has extensive experience of landlord and tenant transactions and property management work, including a wide range of agreements for lease, leases and licence applications.

Jo also advises on acquisitions and disposals of investment and development property, as well as corporate support transactions, dealing with the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions, and acting for lenders.

In her work, Jo focuses on helping landlords increase the value of their properties and ensuring tenants sign up to leases that work for their business.

For each job, she seeks to understand your priorities and tailor her work accordingly. She keeps the goal in mind and seeks solutions, not problems, to achieve the best possible outcome, on time and on budget.

Professional Background

Jo was admitted as a solicitor in 2001 and joined the firm in January 2011. Before that she worked at DLA Piper in Manchester for 8 years, Finers Stephens Innocent Solicitors in London for 2 years and, before that, for Fraser Brown solicitors in Nottingham.
