Mediation is a way of solving disputes without the expense of a court hearing. Dispute resolution through mediation can, where appropriate ensure a continuing commercial relationship, which would not be likely to exist if the dispute went to a trial at Court. It can also preserve privacy. Mediation is the way of the future.
