Position: Partner

Paul is a Partner in the firm and has been with Burt Brill and Cardens since 2002. He specialises in advising clients on commercial matters including property sales and purchases, business leases, business sales and acquisitions and corporate structure. He advises large and small property developer clients on all aspects of residential and business developments.

His clients range from small managed freehold property owning companies to large academic institutions such as the University of Brighton. He also acts for local authorities, housing associations, property investment trust companies, charities and offshore based companies.

He has built up a wealth of experience, expertise and understanding of the needs of clients in the commercial sector. He works on the principal that although the law needs to be applied correctly clients also need an efficient service and practical commercial advice to respond to individual problems.
