Steven is highly experienced in Court and Tribunal Advocacy and has conducted a large number of trials and hearings on his own and without use of Counsel. These extend to a successful three day personal injury trial in the County Court and numerous other final hearings. An understanding of the trial process allows him to concentrate closely on the information and evidence that needs to be available should the case come to trial and allows a more focused approach to the dispute resolution process.
