Virginia is a Chartered Manager and Member of the Chartered Management Institute with over 13 years experience in dealing with the management of Trusts and Probate and administration of estates matters. As a prize winning graduate from the University of Brighton, she attained her management qualification in November 2005 and was awarded the Chartered Management Institute's Sussex Branch Award for the Open Programme Diploma in Management for fully committing to the spirit of a self managed programme of study and providing outcomes that were both innovative and comprehensive.

Virginia was awarded the designation of Chartered Manager in October 2006. The Chartered Manager qualification is a benchmark of ability and professionalism in the field of management.
